These holiday ornaments feature your favorite breeds in Santa hats. They are made from Porcelain China and are approximately 3" around. They are proudly made in the U.S.A. Shipping Information: Many of our products offer free shipping and unless otherwise stated, this includes all of the US. We do our best to get your order turned around and on its way to you within 24 hours with the majority of orders shipping the same day. For products that do not include shipping we will be happy to combine the shipping cost when the products are ordered and shipped together. International Shipping Information: We will ship internationally with the exception of Israel and the Russian Federation. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs entirely. There are a few things international customers need to know. First, all electrical items are for use with 110v only. If you don’t have 110V current you will need a transformer. Second, you are responsible to ensure the item you are purchasing will be allowed through your customs. If they notify you that you must pick-up your item from them and it gets sent back to us because you didn’t, you will only be given a refund for the product and not the shipping, after it arrives back here. This also pertains to items returned because they were denied by customs. Lastly, be aware that it will take time to reach you, in some unfortunate cases, up to 6 weeks. You will see with the tracking number we relay to you that your order shipped promptly and left the US soon after. Once it’s out of this country we have no control over the shipping service. Returns: We will be happy to accept a return of your product for 30 days after receipt. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and that the item arrives back here in good condition. If your item is returned because of an error in the shipping address provided to us or if it’s returned because delivery was refused, you will only be given a refund less the cost of the shipping even if the product cost included free shipping. Please notify us if there is an issue with your order so we can help you with returns if one is needed.
