Very attractive plate made in West Germany, the front says Roma - S Pietro, I am assuming these are buildings in Rome. Nice bright colors. I do not ship outside the lower 48 states. I am trying to sell a number of items that I have accumulated over many years, I certainly don't hold myself out to be an expert in anything, however, I do describe to the best of my ability.
