Bags of various construction have long been used to contain items special to the wearer including the American Indian Medicine Bag, the Celtic Crane Bag, the African-American Hoodoo Bag and so forth. The wearer is encouraged to personalize the bag by adding small items, which have special significance to him/her. In crafting this leather bag I selected red colored leather with a small shell cabochon. The bag measures 2 1/2" by 3" plus 4 1/2" fringe for an overall length of 7 1/2".
