Although normally for health reasons cosmetics and beauty items are non-refundable we want our customers to be happy so, REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE ONLY ON UNOPENED UNTESTED PRODUCTS ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS, UNLESS WE SENT YOU THE WRONG ITEM. Please email us! You must ship back EVERYTHING within 7 days (NO EXCEPTIONS!) of receiving the package (including ANY ‘free gifts or samples’ sent to you).

In the case that you just changed your mind, shipping charges are non-refundable. Even if shipping is ‘free’ it’s not really free now is it? Usually it’s around $4.50. The only time that we will give a full refund is if we made an error. Please send everything back to:
