It is in good condition, with no cracks, but there are a few tiny glaze chips on it in several places, as well as the top tip of the lighthouse is broken off, there is a chip in the fence top in front of the house, and a chip at the corner of the roof of the house. The piece has very little wear other than that. It is 5.5" tall at the highest point, 6.25" x 5" in diameter at the base.
