It is clean inside and out. The colors on the Tim Hortons logo are true and vibrant. It measures 6" high with a 3-1/2" top diameter. This stein or mug is very heavy weighing 2 pounds or 960 g. which is reflected in the shipping cost. Any glare, white spots, and color shift gradations on the item are from my camera flash, reflectors, and reflective shiny surfaces. My items are shipped from Canada and I use Canada Post - we do not have a media rate or first class shipping as in the US. Canada Post charges by the size and weight of the items. When you receive your parcel, shipping costs do not reflect the 15% HST we have to pay in Nova Scotia on stamps or the 9% Final Value Fee on shipping.
