It is the Toyota Celica Turbo Race Car from the early 1980's This car shows play wear, nicks in the paint, but looks pretty good overall and has smooth rolling wheels. It's a 1:62 scale (about the same size as most Hot Wheels / Matchbox cars) and with nice details including opening doors.
