Item description
Framed cachet cover for commissioning of the USS Virginia postmarked September 1, 1976. If you look close right at the very center there is a tiny dirt speck. The glass is tight to the frame and the back is tightly sealed with adhesive so no way did a bug get inside, it is just a mystery but if you simply hang this on your wall nobody is ever going to look that close. Nice souvenir and ideal for gift giving including to yourself.
