This is an ORIGINAL VINTAGE PAIR of EARRINGS that was HANDMADE during the 1950s from 18K YELLOW GOLD (backs, wires levers) and PLATINUM (front). The earrings are set with 2 BRILLIANT CUT DIAMONDS (bottom) of I to J color with I clarity that weigh approx. .50 - .55 carats EACH. Although these diamonds are graded I clarity, they look nice to the naked eye when on the ears as the inclusions are mostly white and dispersed. These diamonds measure 5 - 5.2 mm in diameter and the setting measures 8 mm in diameter. The top of the earrings are set with 2 BRILLIANT CUT DIAMONDS of I - J color, I clarity that weigh approx. .05 carat each. The total diamond weight is approx. 1.10 - 1.20 carats. I have a smaller pair available also, please inquire. The earrings measure just over 1-1/8? long, including the wire, and the total weight is 4.4 grams. The closing levers close tightly into place.
