This is a very old reproduction of the 2 page sheet (front and back of 1 sheet) service notes for the Boss CE-5 Chorus Ensemble guitar pedal. It was made many years ago by a man who professionally repaired Roland and Boss equipment. Even the large foldout sheets were copies as they originally were. With specs, parts list, adjustment, circuit board diagram, schematics and more. This is not an original, but it will get the job done if you needed to work on your 80's vintage CE5.
