Vintage 1964 Mattel "Ballet Class" Fashion #1905 outfit for Barbie's little sister, 9? Skipper doll. The pink costume is in excellent condition. The cardboard ballet program is near mint. The flower head piece looks like it's missing a couple of the flowers, but the ribbons are mint and crispy. The leotard and tights are not in good condition. The tights have some runs and a small hole near the top of the thigh. The leotard has a thick run almost all the way down in the back, and the shoulders/sleeves are messed up. One ballet shoe is missing, and there is no ties on the one that is there.
