Peplum (skirted flared bottom) jacket has a stiff wide pleated shawl-like low front collar/lapels overlapping regular shoulders - collar then widens (approx. 7") in back with ruched sides. Two lower side pancake clasps with internal buttons and two large brooch buttons with rhinestones and large center domes. Straight cuffs. Long maxi skirt has a 1" wide elastic waist with zipper and pancake clasp closure. Lower back 19" vent. There are no washing instructions but this appears it would need to be dry cleaned. Fabric is 50% polyester, 50% cotton. Lining is cotton. Women's 8. Made in the USA.
