Mindconnection started as an online sole proprietorship in 1997, selling downloadable courses and software. Now it is a multi-million dollar LLC. It is still an online seller but a lot more people are involved today and we have moved from virtual products to physical products. We invest significantly in inventory and use multiple fulfillment services. We have direct relationships with some manufacturers (e.g., Ectaco, Minigadgets, Orcam, etc.). We source most of the items we sell through distributors, though.
