This guy named Tom is the best!!!! Without even knowing me he alerted me to problems with my booth. He walked me through fixing my booth,and guided me every step of the way. With all the problems within, he always proofed read my booth and alerted me to even the smallest errors. He always responded to my inquiries, and now my booth is totally correct.. Thanks to Tom. Thank you so much for all your help!!!!!!!!

Tom was quick, cordial, and helpful to me when I needed a question re:bonanza addressed. He was right on!

Well, for starters, a great sense of humor goes a very long way in my book – life is full of all kinds of not so funny things, and Tom’s got a great way of lightening the load.

Tom is also quick & efficient at handling issues. I have experiences Tom’s professional & prompt attention to a couple of problems I had (my fault) – Tom kindly & courteously resolved the issues – no fuss/no muss – for which I am very grateful.

Knowing that Tom is an integral part of the smooth running thing that is Bonanzle adds to my respect of the whole.

Great man who stormed on the scene with knowledge guns a blazen. Sprinkled helpful information across the forums from day one. Some thought he was crazy in the start, but he proved them wrong.
