I am a 5'8" retired professional and once size 8 shoe, now approx 155 lbs (I gained 80 lbs in short period of time after thyroid cancer and surgery). Then lost 80+ w/ healthy eatting & exercise. That is why you see size 8 to 14/16 in my closet. I also went from size 8.5 to 9.5 shoe. Don't think I'm going back to a 8.5/9 again! Happy shopping.
