I have been selling jewelry online for 5 years. My special order items are the highest quality from a trusted supplier.
I try to do business the "old fashioned way". In other words, the customer is always right. If you do not like your item you may return it for a exchange. If you do not my shipping charges just offer me a lower price for my item. If you are in the ballpark I will accept. My whole concept is to SELL and have happy customers! For my Canadian friends, small orders $4.00 same as USA. For larger orders I may have to go Priority and that costs more. Don't worry, just because each item says $4.00 shipping you will not get charged $4.00 for each item in a large order. If you contemplate a large order email me for a shipping quote and than you can make your offer on the agreed price. I am FLEXIBLE! I tell my customers I am always as close as your computer and will monitor your purchase from the sale until the postman delivers it. We are going to get along fine!
