Our Return Policy: We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Items must be original packaging and a 25% restocking fee is placed on returned items. (See guide line on different channels• Shipping cost is not refunded. For items that are returned, it may take up to three days to issue your refund. Please put your RMA number on the package and reason for return.

Shipping Information: Our shipping times are from Saturday to Monday ( we do depend on post office regulations) Our goal is to ship within 24 hours of payment. For US orders, the expected delivery times for Regular shipping are 7-15 days. Expedited parcel is 4-8 days, and Express shipping is 1-3 days. For International orders, the expected delivery time for Regular shipping is 30 days, expedited parcel 10 days, and express is 3-5 days.( International orders do not get tracking information for Regular shipping, only delivery confirmation)
We try our best to keep our shipping rates as reasonable as possible. We try to avoid high shipping cost on a low priced product. If you see one of our listings where the postage is out of line, please let us know, and we will get to it as soon as possible. Please take in mind we do combine orders.
