Wooden MDF Starfighter spaceship 3D puzzle comes disassembled. Puzzle was cut on laser cutter. X-Wing puzzle is made from "bare" 3mm MDF wood board. It has very, very small pieces that ARE NOT suitable for young children. Dowels for assembling are included but are not cut to length needed. While assembling you may want/need rubber bands or like item to hold pieces in place. It needs glue in order to stay put together. It is a great puzzle for young and old alike. It can be glued for a "permanent" toy or decor. It can be painted too! The discolorations are "burn marks" from laser cutting. They can be removed by lightly sanding or painting over them or left alone to add character! Laser cutting either melts, burns, vaporizes or is blown away by a jet of gas. Depending on the material, this process can create some potent odors. NOT TO WORRY, the odor dissipates! If you lose, misplace, break, want additional parts (or whatever!) we can help you out!
