Item description
Vintage original 8 x 10 in. US single-weight glossy photograph from the classic 1940's crime drama/thriller, ROPE, released in 1948 by Warner Bros. and directed by Alfred Hitchcock. Two young men (John Dall, Farley Granger) strangle their "inferior" classmate, hide his body in their apartment, and invite his friends and family to a dinner party as a means to challenge the "perfection" of their crime.
The image features an interior publicity shot of Farley Granger, James Stewart holding a piece of rope, and John Dall. It is in very fine- condition as shown.
