Item description
Vintage original 8 x 10 in. US double-weight glossy photograph from the 1942 WWII-themed war drama, DESTROYER, released in 1943 by Columbia Pictures and directed by William A. Seiter, in which a new World War II destroyer fails its sea trials so it is assigned to mail runs, but the crew ends up having to engage Japanese planes and a submarine anyway.
The image depicts Steve Boleslavski (Edward G. Robinson) shipboard as he talks with crewman Kansas Jackson (Edgar Buchanan). Affixed to the verso is the original paper snipe that describes the image. It is in fine+ condition as shown.
