Very famous image of dancer, Loie Fuller and was # 73 of the Maitres de l'Affiche lithograph collection.
exuberant image of the American dancer Loie Fuller by Cheret originally done in 1897 captures cabaret Paris.
Loie Fuller, (born Jan. 15, 1862?died Jan. 1, 1928, achieved international distinction for her invention of the ?Serpentine Dance,? first presented in New York in
February 1892. In October
1892 she opened at Paris' Folies Bergere and quickly became the toast of avant-garde Paris.
